What happens if you combine an extensive experience of special alloys, the largest stock in Europe and an in-house waterjet cutting service?
You get our unique offer of expertise in material and high-quality, custom-cut alloys. We know material and optimize the waterjet cutting technique depending on the alloys you need, including Titanium and Nickel.
What is Waterjet Cutting?
Waterjet cutting is a machining method that uses a very thin stream of water at extremely high pressure – often over 4,000 bar – sometimes combined with abrasive particles. The jet is accelerated through a precision nozzle, cutting through materials with high accuracy and without generating heat.
Key advantages of the process:
- No harmful fumes
- No chemically contaminated chips
- Gentle on the material structure – no heat-affected zones
- Can cut almost any material, from thin metals to thick specialty alloys
- Minimal material waste thanks to narrow kerf and optimized nesting
With its extremely narrow kerf (cut width), waterjet technology allows for tight nesting of parts, maximizing material yield and minimizing waste. This makes it ideal for cutting specialty alloys, stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and other metals used in demanding industries such as aerospace, defence, medical, and energy.
Whether for prototypes, custom shapes, or high-volume production runs, waterjet cutting delivers exceptional dimensional accuracy, smooth edges, and repeatable results—all without heat distortion.
Our specialists operate two waterjet cutters that run 24/7. We guarantee an efficient process with short lead times, being able to deliver within a few days, and a meticulous control function. All the way from receiving your drawing or specifications to final outcome. We are flexible, fast and deliver waterjet cut alloys to you no matter where in the world you are.
