INCONEL X-750 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy that is used for its good corrosion and oxidation resistance as well as high strength at both high and low temperatures.
The alloy is often used in applications where the material is exposed to high mechanical loads, temperature changes and corrosive environments.
INCONEL X-750 is used in the aerospace industry, gas turbines, rocket engines, pressure vessels and other technically demanding environments where the combination of strength, oxidation resistance and temperature stability is crucial.
INCONEL X-750 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-based alloy with good strength up to approximately 1300 °F and usable strength even at higher temperatures.
The alloy also offers very good mechanical properties at cryogenic temperatures, making it usable over a wide temperature range.
INCONEL X-750 has good corrosion and oxidation resistance in many high-temperature environments and is often used where both mechanical strength and chemical stability are required.
The alloy also provides useful performance in applications with wide temperature variations, from cryogenic temperatures to elevated operating temperatures.
