INCOLOY Alloy 330 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with good high-temperature strength and very good corrosion and oxidation resistance.
The alloy is developed for use in high-temperature environments where the material is exposed to oxidation, carburization and prolonged heat exposure.
The high levels of nickel and chromium provide very good resistance to oxidation and carburization, while silicon contributes to improved oxidation resistance.
INCOLOY Alloy 330 is a solid solution-hardened austenitic alloy that cannot be hardened by heat treatment.
The material offers good strength and structural stability at elevated temperatures, making it well suited for industrial heating furnaces and other high-temperature applications.
INCOLOY Alloy 330 offers very good resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures.
The material is often used where prolonged exposure to hot process gases and heat would otherwise cause rapid material degradation.
